All prices are subject to change without notice. All quotes may be withdrawn by us if not accepted within 30 days. 2. Deposits are required on all special and custom orders. 3. Call for quotes on custom items. Cancellations 1. Custom or nonstandard items cannot be canceled once the order is in process. All deposits are non-transferrable and non-refundable on these items. 2. Our company reserves the right to cancel any sales order at any time by notifying the purchaser and refunding any monies received with regard to that particular sales order. 3. Our company will not be held liable for delays or failures of shipments that are due to extreme conditions that are beyond our company's control such as war, strikes, natural disasters, shortage of supplies or materials and labor disturbances. Damaged Merchandise Damage can occur from rough handling by carriers, and the amount of this damage is collectable by you from the carrier upon presentation of proper claim. Call the delivering carrier and ask for an inspection on damages. DO NOT DESTROY PACKING MATERIALS until shipment is inspected and claim is settled.
